The HOA assessment of $64.00 is due on the 1st of each month and late on the 16th. Please note that a late fee is charged any time ANY balance remains due on your account every month, so be sure to make payment in full each month. Payments made to the HOA are applied in the following order: Late Fees, Fines, Special Assessments, Past Due HOA Dues, then Current HOA Dues.

We have found that most owners prefer to pay their dues automatically through our office. These payments can be set up through the use of the Payment Authorization form that is included with this letter. These payments are automatically adjusted if there is any change in the monthly assessment without any further effort from our homeowners.

Free online payments from your checking account can be set up by visiting https://onlinepay.aafin.com/home.aspx. To set up your account, you will need the following information: Management Company ID (6879), Association ID (3760) and Unit Account # (please contact Parker Brown for this number). Please allow 7-10 days for your association to be added to the online payment portal. The online payment portal is now available.
