Welcome to our beautiful neighborhood. We look forward to getting to know you. As you are aware, we are a private community with a home owners association. We have a great neighborhood with over 15 acres of parks and open space. We are constantly looking at ways to develop our amenities further to provide you and your new neighbors a wonderful place to live, work and play. We are a self managed association which means that the board and committees that manage, maintain and improve the neighborhood are home and property owners just like you who volunteer their time. The only exception is a company that we have hired to handle billing for HOA dues and another company that we hire to do the grounds maintenance. We encourage you to get involved as that is how we are able to make this the kind of place we all want to live. Please locate important documents and policies that we have on our Stillwater Documents Page. They will help give you a better idea of the expectations that we have for all homeowners here in our neighborhood. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for additional information. Our board meets every month at 7:00 pm on the second Thursday at the clubhouse. You are welcome to attend and bring up questions, concerns or provide other input. We look forward to seeing you around the neighborhood.
